Apabila salah seorang drpd anda demam,sesungguhnya demam itu adalah sebahagian drpd api neraka,hendaklah memadamkannya dgn air sejuk.Hendaklah berendam dlm sungai yg mengalir,mengadap aliran air selepas solat subuh dan sebelum naik matahari dan hendaklah membaca Basmalah. Hendaklah berendam selama tiga kali selama 3 hari. Jika tak sembuh cubalah sebanyak 5x,7x atau 9x. Sesungguhnya ia tidak akan melebihi drpd 9x InsyaAllah..

4- Daripada Jabir r.a katanya:
Rasulullah s.a.w pernah menemui Ummu al-Sa’ib kerana melawatnya.Baginda bersabda:
“Kenapa anda menggigil? Jawabnya: Demam dan tidak ada keberkatan drpd Allah padanya. Sabda baginda s.a.w:
Jangan mencaci demam,kerana sesungguhnya ia menghapuskan kesalahan anak Adam,sebagaimana mesin penghembus api menghapuskan karat-karat pada besi.

Hadis Nabi s.a.w. Sebab itulah Nabi Muhammad s.a.w bersabda yang maksudnya:

Atasi Bayi Muntah Selepas Menyusu




Bayi muntah atas pelbagai sebab. Ia bukan sesuatu yang boleh dianggap normal sehingga dipastikan oleh pakar perubatan. Ikuti penjelasan lanjut daripada doktor pakar kanak-kanak yang juga pakar laktasi IBCLC, Dr. Hairin Anisa Tajuddin.

Lazimnya, muntah yang dialami bayi disebabkan oleh punca yang biasa dan tidak serius. Namun, anda perlu mendapatkan khidmat nasihat doktor untuk memastikan tiada masalah lain yang mungkin membahayakan bayi. Antara sebab-sebab biasa bayi muntah selepas menyusu antaranya menjeluak (regurgitation) apabila susu ibu terpancut dengan laju semasa refleks melepas, susu mengalir terlalu banyak, bayi minum terlalu kenyang atau otot injap bawah saluran makanan esofagus (lower esophageal sphincter) belum matang dan kuat.

Bayi yang suka menghisap dalam tempoh yang lama semasa tidur separa sedar walaupun sudah kenyang, akan muntah seperti menjeluak. Namun, bayi selalunya masih tenang (tidak meragam) dan tidak mengalami kesukaran bernafas. Jika susu ibu terpancut dengan laju atau mengalir terlalu banyak secara tiba-tiba, dia akan bertindak seperti menegangkan badannya, menarik puting atau menolak puting keluar hingga anda tersalah anggapan bahawa bayi tidak mahu meneruskan penyusuan. Jika bayi tersedak akibat pancutan susu yang laju atau minum terlalu banyak, dia akan termuntah semasa atau sejurus selepas mengeluarkan puting ibu.

Sememangnya terdapat penyakit Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) yang menyebabkan bayi selalu muntah. Keadaan ini disebabkan oleh otot injap bawah salur makanan esofagus (lower esophageal sphincter) yang belum kuat hingga menyebabkan susu berpatah balik ke atas. Kadangkala, bayi mungkin mengalami tanda kerengsaan ulu hati seperti menangis atau meragam. GER ini akan beransur hilang dalam masa 6 - 8 bulan. Walaupun begitu, jika GER serius dan berterusan melebihi umur 8 bulan serta mengakibatkan masalah kesihatan yang lain, pakar kanak-kanak akan memberikan ubat untuk mengurangkan simptom ini.

Sebab Bukan Biasa
Antara sebab yang boleh mengundang bahaya kepada bayi yang kerap muntah selepas menyusu termasuklah penyakit berkaitan usus. Contohnya injap atas perut yang sempit (pyloric stenosis), saluran usus masuk ke dalam usus (intussussception) dan usus terpusing (malrotation). Jika mengalami masalah usus seperti yang dinyatakan, bayi akan menunjukkan tanda seperti perut lebih buncit daripada biasa, muntah dengan halaju yang tinggi, meragam disebabkan oleh kesakitan, membuang najis besar berdarah atau tidak membuang najis besar dalam jangka masa lebih lama daripada kebiasaannya (sembelit).

Terdapat juga kemungkinan punca yang tidak berkaitan usus seperti kencing kotor, jangkitan pada tekak atau kelenjar tonsil dan jangkitan telinga. Biasanya bayi demam, kurang selera untuk menyusu, merengek dan muntah semasa atau sejurus selepas menyusu. Alahan kepada protein susu lembu yang hadir dalam susu ibu (jika ibu minum susu daripada lembu atau makanan berasaskan susu lembu) juga boleh menyebabkan bayi muntah.

Untuk makluman, terdapat kes bayi kerap muntah yang puncanya tidak dapat dikenalpasti. Walau bagaimanapun, kebanyakan masalah yang dialami bayi ini akan berkurangan sendiri dalam masa 6 bulan tanpa mengambil sebarang ubat.

Apabila bayi terlalu kerap muntah selepas menyusu, dia mungkin mempunyai masalah-masalah seperti berat badan tidak bertambah dengan baik, gangguan pernafasan akibat selalu tersedak sehingga mungkin mengalami “aspiration pneumonia”, menolak untuk disusukan dan kuat meragam disebabkan oleh kerengsaan ulu hati.

Jika bayi selalu berkahak dan batuk sebelum atau semasa bayi mengalami masalah kerap muntah, anda perlu membawa bayi berjumpa pakar untuk mengetahui punca sebenar hal ini berlaku. Kahak yang banyak menyebabkan tekak bayi tidak selesa hingga boleh menyebabkannya muntah berlendir. Namun, kebanyakan bayi yang kerap muntah tanpa sebab-sebab yang serius, tidak menunjukkan kesan-kesan yang perlu dibimbangkan. Bayi seperti ini selalunya akan membesar dengan baik sekali gus menjadi bayi yang aktif dan gembira.

Amalan Kurangkan Risiko Muntah
1. Meninggikan kedudukan kepala bayi di atas paras perut selepas menyusu mungkin boleh membantu sesetengah bayi walaupun kajian terkini menunjukkan kedudukan ini tidak banyak membantu mengurangkan muntah (Carroll 2002, Secker 2002, Craig 2004]. Posisi lain yang boleh membantu ialah bayi mengiring atau meniarap semasa bayi masih terjaga (Secker 2002). Namun, posisi meniarap tidak digalakkan jika bayi tertidur kerana boleh meningkatkan risiko kematian bayi secara mengejut (SIDS).
2. Cuba susukan bayi dalam keadaan dia seperti menegak/ berdiri (upright nursing position). Namun, pastikan perut bayi bertemu perut anda. Ia dipercayai boleh membantu mengurangkan risiko bayi tersedak.
3. Jika pancutan susu terlalu laju, anda boleh mengurangkannya dengan menekan payu dara secara pegangan gunting semasa menyusu bagi mengurangkan pancutan seterusnya mengelakkan bayi tersedak.
4. Elakkan daripada menekan perut bayi. Dalam masa yang sama, pakaikan bayi baju yang longgar. Jika dia memakai barut perut, longgarkan atau tanggalkannya.
5. Sasarkan penyusuan yang kerap apabila bayi menunjukkan tanda lapar. Tidak perlu menunggu sehingga bayi menangis. Hal ini kerana tangisan merupakan tanda terakhir bayi lapar. Walaupun bayi menyusu hanya sekejap, pastikan dia mendapat susu akhir yang cukup. Anda boleh amalkan teknik memerah susu yang awal keluar dulu dan simpan untuk kegunaan masa lain dan susukan bayi dengan susu akhir yang tinggi kandungan lemak. Lebih kerap penyusuan, lebih tinggi kandungan lemak di dalam susu ibu. Habiskan penyusuan di satu payu dara terlebih dahulu dan tunggu sehingga bayi melepaskan puting secara sendiri. Kadang-kadang bayi yang telah kenyang masih mencari puting dan membuat gerakan mulut seperti menghisap walaupun kelihatan tidur (bayi separa sedar). Ketika ini, ibu boleh alihkan bayi ke payu dara sebelah lagi sehingga dia betul-betul terlena. Elakkan menukar bayi ke payu dara sebelah lagi terlalu cepat atau kerap terutamanya sewaktu bayi masih aktif menghisap. Ketahuilah, perbuatan ini akan menyebabkan bayi mudah termuntah.
6. Bagi bayi yang cerewet, meragam atau menolak untuk disusukan, banyakkan sentuhan kulit ke kulit dan elakkan daripada memaksa. Boleh juga menyusu ketika anda berjalan dan membuai bayi di dalam kain kendongan (baby sling). Penggunaan baby sling boleh membantu bayi mengurangkan risiko muntah. Pelekapan pada puting mesti betul bagi mengelakkan bayi banyak menelan angin yang boleh menjurus kepada masalah kembung. Anda juga boleh mencuba untuk menyusukan bayi ketika bayi sedang mengantuk.
7. Kadang kala, bayi lebih tenang apabila berada di payu dara. Oleh itu, galakkan hisapan bukan nutrisi (non nutritive suckling). Lazimnya, bayi sudah kenyang tetapi amalan ini membantu mengurangkan kerengsaan perut, mempercepatkan pengosongan perut bayi dan melancarkan penghadamannya.
8. Jika bayi muntah oleh kerana mengalami kembung perut, bantu dia sendawa dan belajar cara-cara untuk merawat kembung bayi daripada pakar. Cuba kenal pasti makanan yang diambil oleh ibu hingga memungkinkan masalah kolik atau kembung seperti susu lembu dan kafein. Jika itu penyebabnya, elakkan daripada mengambil makanan tersebut. Untuk pengetahuan, protein susu lembu boleh hadir di dalam susu ibu dan menyebabkan bayi mendapat alahan perut.
9. Perah susu awal terlebih dahulu (susu yang mengandungi nisbah laktosa kepada lemak yang lebih tinggi) dan susukkan bayi dengan susu akhir (lebih berlemak, nisbah laktosa kepada lemak adalah kecil). Habiskan penyusuan sehingga bayi benar-benar kenyang di sebelah payu dara. Sebagai maklumat tambahan, jika laktosa tinggi berbanding lemak, proses penapaian laktosa akan menghasilkan banyak gas dalam usus bayi yang akan menyebabkannya kembung. Jadi, kandungan lemak yang lebih daripada laktosa akan mengurangkan risiko kembung.
10. Amalan mengurut bayi dengan cara yang betul boleh mengurangkan risiko refluks dan kembung perut. Urutan bayi bukan sahaja dapat menenangkan bayi malah melancarkan sistem penghadaman dan menguatkan ototnya.

Jika susu ibu terpancut dengan laju atau mengalir terlalu banyak secara tiba-tiba, dia akan bertindak seperti menegangkan badannya, menarik puting atau menolak puting keluar hingga anda tersalah anggapan bahawa bayi tidak mahu meneruskan penyusuan. Jika bayi tersedak akibat pancutan susu yang laju atau minum terlalu banyak, dia akan termuntah semasa atau sejurus selepas mengeluarkan puting ibu.

Namun, kebanyakan bayi yang kerap muntah tanpa sebab-sebab yang serius, tidak menunjukkan kesan-kesan yang perlu dibimbangkan. Bayi seperti ini selalunya akan membesar dengan baik sekali gus menjadi bayi yang aktif dan gembira.

Amalan Kurangkan Risiko Muntah
1. Meninggikan kedudukan kepala bayi di atas paras perut selepas menyusu mungkin boleh membantu sesetengah bayi walaupun kajian terkini menunjukkan kedudukan ini tidak banyak membantu mengurangkan muntah (Carroll 2002, Secker 2002, Craig 2004]. Posisi lain yang boleh membantu ialah bayi mengiring atau meniarap semasa bayi masih terjaga (Secker 2002). Namun, posisi meniarap tidak digalakkan jika bayi tertidur kerana boleh meningkatkan risiko kematian bayi secara mengejut (SIDS).

5. Sasarkan penyusuan yang kerap apabila bayi menunjukkan tanda lapar. Tidak perlu menunggu sehingga bayi menangis. Hal ini kerana tangisan merupakan tanda terakhir bayi lapar. Walaupun bayi menyusu hanya sekejap, pastikan dia mendapat susu akhir yang cukup. Anda boleh amalkan teknik memerah susu yang awal keluar dulu dan simpan untuk kegunaan masa lain dan susukan bayi dengan susu akhir yang tinggi kandungan lemak. Lebih kerap penyusuan, lebih tinggi kandungan lemak di dalam susu ibu. Habiskan penyusuan di satu payu dara terlebih dahulu dan tunggu sehingga bayi melepaskan puting secara sendiri. Kadang-kadang bayi yang telah kenyang masih mencari puting dan membuat gerakan mulut seperti menghisap walaupun kelihatan tidur (bayi separa sedar). Ketika ini, ibu boleh alihkan bayi ke payu dara sebelah lagi sehingga dia betul-betul terlena. Elakkan menukar bayi ke payu dara sebelah lagi terlalu cepat atau kerap terutamanya sewaktu bayi masih aktif menghisap. Ketahuilah, perbuatan ini akan menyebabkan bayi mudah termuntah.
6. Bagi bayi yang cerewet, meragam atau menolak untuk disusukan, banyakkan sentuhan kulit ke kulit dan elakkan daripada memaksa. Boleh juga menyusu ketika anda berjalan dan membuai bayi di dalam kain kendongan (baby sling). Penggunaan baby sling boleh membantu bayi mengurangkan risiko muntah. Pelekapan pada puting mesti betul bagi mengelakkan bayi banyak menelan angin yang boleh menjurus kepada masalah kembung. Anda juga boleh mencuba untuk menyusukan bayi ketika bayi sedang mengantuk.
